1. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting the quotation/estimate from Veterans Power Wash Inc, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and authorizes the Company to perform services at the agreed-upon price.

2. Binding Agreement

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the Client (homeowner, business owner, or authorized representative) and Veterans Power Wash Inc, including its owners, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors (collectively, the "Company"). This Agreement covers:

  • Pressure washing
  • Roof soft washing
  • Concrete sealing
  • Commercial fleet washing
  • Related outdoor cleaning services

The Company reserves the right to modify terms at any time. The latest version will be available on the Company’s website, quotes, or invoices.

3. Authorization

The Client agrees to allow Veterans Power Wash Inc access to the property/fleet for cleaning services. Completion timelines are not guaranteed and may require multiple visits due to:

  • Weather delays
  • Equipment failure
  • Scheduling conflicts

The Company may inspect the property/fleet before and after service with minimal notice.

4. Water & Electric Usage
  • Residential/Commercial Clients: Must provide an accessible outdoor water source. If using well water or low-pressure systems, all indoor/outdoor water usage must cease during service.
  • Fleet Clients: Must ensure vehicles are parked in an accessible location with adequate water/power supply if mobile units are not used.
  • Electricity: The Company may use on-site electricity as needed without compensation.

5. Limitation of Liability & Client Responsibilities
  • A. General Property/Fleet Risks

Veterans Power Wash Inc employs trained technicians but does not guarantee against:

    • Pre-existing damage (e.g., rust, oxidation, cracked surfaces).
    • Poorly maintained or defective materials (e.g., loose siding, corroded paint).
    • Water intrusion due to faulty seals or structural flaws.
    • Damage from improper prior repairs or wear and tear.
  • B. Commercial Fleet-Specific Risks

The Client acknowledges that fleet washing may expose:

    • Pre-existing paint damage (chipping, oxidation).
    • Mechanical leaks (oil, coolant) that could spread during cleaning.
    • Electrical system vulnerabilities (exposed wiring, faulty seals).
    • Corrosion or rust accelerated by cleaning.

The Company is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing fleet damage discovered post-cleaning.
    • Water ingress into engine compartments or sensitive electronics.
    • Stains or residues that cannot be fully removed.
  • C. Client's Duty to Disclose

    The Client must:

    • Inspect and disclose all known vulnerabilities in writing before service.
    • Ensure property/fleet is structurally sound and watertight.
    • Remove or protect sensitive items (electronics, loose parts).
  • D. Release of Liability

The Client fully releases Veterans Power Wash Inc from all claims, except those proven due to gross negligence or willful misconduct. Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.

6. Inspection & Damage Reporting
  • Pre-existing damage will be documented in a checklist/report.
  • Client must sign/acknowledge damage before work begins. If unavailable, photos will serve as evidence.
  • Damage discovered mid-service: Work will pause until the Client reviews.
  • Report new damage within 3 days. The Company has 30 days to inspect and arrange repairs (if negligence is proven).

7. Plant/Landscaping & Oxidation
  • The Company takes precautions to protect plants, but leaf burn, or water spotting may occur.
  • Oxidation (chalky residue) may become visible after cleaning sun-exposed surfaces.

8. Window & Screen Cleaning
  • Basic window cleaning (included in soft washing) may leave water spots.
  • Delicate screens: The Company is not liable for damage due to brittleness/wear.
  • Full window cleaning service (purified water) required for streak-free results.

9. On the Day of Service
Client must:

1. Provide accessible water/power.
2. Keep windows/doors closed during washing.
3. Secure pets indoors.
4. Clear work areas (remove vehicles, flags, etc.).
5. Fleet Clients: Ensure vehicles are unlocked (if interior cleaning is requested).

Failure to comply may result in a $150 cancellation fee.

10. Exclusions
  • No guarantees on stain removal.
  • Not responsible for water intrusion from pre-existing flaws.
  • $150 fee for cancellations <48 hours or unprepared sites.
  • Chemical sensitivities: Notify the Company in advance.

11. Media Release

The Client grants Veterans Power Wash Inc the right to use photos/videos for marketing unless opted out in writing. No compensation is provided.

12. Quotes & Payment
  • Quotes valid for 30 days. Additional services incur extra charges.
  • Payment due upon receipt. Credit card payments include a 1.95% + $0.30 fee.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be resolved via arbitration. Legal action is limited to the service fee amount.

By accepting services, the Client agrees to these terms in full.
